We would like to give a special shout out to GCHS Junior Student Claire Schatz for an amazing job touching up the USA map on our playground. Claire completed this as her community service project for her leadership and community development class. Thank you, Claire, for donating your time and materials! You did an excellent job!

Yesterday, students in grades 5-12 were able to listen to a wonderful message from the FFA National President, Ms. Amara Jackson. Amara talked about the importance of the words we say, and how we should speak "Words of Life" that bring people hope, rather than words that tear people down. Students were also able to play a large group game called "Shipwrecked" where they had to work together to follow certain commands; if they were unable to follow the commands, students were eliminated.
Additionally, last night was the 82nd Grant County FFA Banquet. Congratulations to our FFA Chapter, and Advisor, Mr. Avery Roth, for a successful year and FFA banquet! 💙💛
